Add an POP3 account to Outlook

• Open Outlook Express
• On the Tools menu, click Accounts .
• Click the Mail tab.
• Click Add , and then click Mail .
• Type the name you want associated with the account, and then click Next .
• Type the E-Mail address of the POP3 account, and then click Next .
• Type pop.cnlc.cn in the E-Mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) Server textbox, Type smtp.cnlc.cn in the SMTP Server textbox, and then click Next .
• Type the Acount and Password , and then click Next .
• Follow the rest of the instructions in the Internet Connection Wizard.
• For Help on an option, click Help.
