  • "1358 Talents Training Project"   

  Engineers Training and Promotion System
        Engineers Training and Promotion System is a knowledge management system "designed by experts, concentrating on knowledge and skill, supported by training evaluation and compensation, and divided into different levels with quantified criteria". This system covers four professional departments including wireline logging, well testing, mud logging and geoscience. Each of them consists of four levels¡ªjunior, intermediate, senior and expert; and each level can be further divided into three bands. Different levels and bands correspond to different technical and compensation standards.   

 
     
 
 "1358 Talents Training Project"
       For a new graduate, "1358 Talents Training Project" is a series of four phrases that they must experience to attain a level of technical or management expert.
       "1" refers to the orientation training at the first year; "3" refers to the engineer's technology and skill improvement training at the third year; "5" refers to the micro-management training such as PMP training for the line managers or the vertical technology improvement training for senior engineers at the fifth year; and "8" refers to the macro-management training for the middle-level management staff or the horizontal technique improvement for experts at the eighth year.
